Getting Over Ourselves: Aligning and Pushing Forward
TRACK: Materials Health

Challenging participants’ assumptions and perceptions about material health, this session delves deeply into the points of difference and nuance in order to find common ground for the path ahead. We start with an invitation to record our beliefs and core interests and imagine those of others in the room. We then introduce the on-the-ground field perspectives of an LPC manufacturer who is pursuing Living Product, a toxicologist/industrial hygienist, and a specifier. We then have an open discussion and recap essential lessons for a more aligned process to smooth the transition to product optimization.
