Genius of Place: California Coast (Biologist at the Design Table Workshop) - Pt 2
TRACK: BIOMIMICRY

This is Part Two of a two-part session on "Genius of Place". See Part Two (immediately prior, from 2:30p - 3:30p on Thursday) here. Attendance at both sessions is highly recommended, but not required.

Explore the biomimicry creative process. This interactive biomimicry workshop facilitates a hands-on biomimicry design process. The participants will apply the biological intelligence from the Genius of Place: California Coast project to their own brainstorming session. Teams will create adaptive and scalable strategies to address resilience in the built environment and optimize resource efficiencies. The goal is to utilize projects as research and design explorations and to address problems that we have only begun to consider.
