Deep Genius: How to Address Mindset and Create Conditions for Change through Conversation
TRACK: Courage to Scale

The EMERGE Leadership Model recognizes that mindset is the most effective place to leverage change, whether in our communities, professional organizations, or personal lives. There are tools that can help us address mindset and create the conditions for change, and in this workshop the Author of “EMERGE: A Strategic Leadership Model for the Sustainable Building Community” offers the Jeffersonian Technique, used quite frequently in social justice circles to provide a safe container for discussing difficult topics and elicit the deep genius within. Six successful leaders demonstrate the technique on stage, answering questions uniquely developed for the Living Future audience.  Audience members will be invited to participate.
