The ILFI Net Zero Energy Program Reboot: Streamlined, Aligned, and Ready to Rock
Track: Energy

The ILFI Energy program has helped build the net zero energy building cohort and movement’s capacity for a full decade. As this leadership enters its second decade, the Institute is focusing on substantially scaling NZE, reducing barriers, and aligning partner visions and activities. To this end, the NZEB Certification has been radically simplified, while maintaining rigor. Reveal has been relaunched with expanded benchmarks, 2030 Commitment thresholds, and NBI ZEPI score. A significant new pathway for large scale and/or high EUI buildings which require the renewable offset to be located remotely has also been created.  Program Director Brad Liljequist will walk through the latest systems and certifications – don’t miss this critical update!
