JUST Program: The Courage To Invest In Social Equity Policies and Practices
TRACK: Equity and Youth

In today’s highly competitive business environment, the practice of recruiting and retaining top talent has never been more critical. Astute and progressive organizational leaders fully understand that highly motivated, passionate and happy employees are key to maintaining a competitive advantage. ILFI’s JUST Program has helped businesses take a deep exploration and assessment of their existing body of human resource policies, programs and practices.  Guided by JUST Program metrics, organizations can take bold steps to improve diversity, improve paid family leave programs, close the gender pay gap, pay a living wage, provide a comprehensive benefits package and support volunteering efforts. When JUST is implemented in a holistic fashion, organizations are rewarded with high levels of productivity and employee engagement. This panel presentation will highlight pioneering JUST organizations who will share their journey to social equity in the workplace.
