Dean Violetta fills the role as Director of Planning and Exhibit Design at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.  A University of Cincinnati alum, Dean has worked on Cincinnati Zoo projects for the past 23 years as the main architectural contact for the Zoo while serving as vice president of Cornette/Violetta Architects. His Zoo-based architectural design experience also includes projects for the Nashville, Riverbanks and Detroit Zoos. As the Director of Planning and Exhibit Design, Dean coordinates all Phases of Design while arming the Zoo with the knowledge and experience necessary to continue as leaders in sustainable design.
