Deborah's work serves to advance, both public and professional, awareness and support, for policies that favor high performance buildings, renewable energy and regenerative built environments using the UW Center for Integrated Design Discovery Commons at the Bullitt Center as a living laboratory. She exudes very high energy, conveys an infectious enthusiasm, and possesses unusually deep knowledge about the center. Deborah holds a Master degree in Education from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lawrence University and Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy.
